Scheduling Options
CEC is open from 7:45 am to 5:45 pm., Monday through Friday. Parents enrolling their children at CEC can choose among the following alternatives:
* Full-time: Monday-Friday, five full days a week, up to 10 hours a day (7:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.).
* Part-time: Monday-Friday, three to five days a week, up to five hours a day in either the morning (7:45 to 2:00 p.m.) or afternoon (12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.). Within these parameters, you may select any hours you wish. For staffing purposes and for the sake of your child’s peace of mind however we ask that you adhere to your contracted scheduled hours.
* FlexOptions: Three and four full, alternating, consecutive days a week (spaces are limited in each program).
Additional Days/Hours: Extra days or hours must be arranged for and approved by the Director. An hourly fee of $8.50 will be charged for additional care.
* Pick-up Policy: Children must be picked up no later than 5:45 pm. Other family members and friends may collect your children if they are on record with the Center as having permission to do so. Authorized alternate people will be asked to show their I.D. to a teacher when they pick up your child. Parents must inform teachers if an alternate person is picking up on any specific day. If there is someone who must never be permitted to pick up your child, please provide a written notice and photograph to both the Program staff and the Director. CEC takes this protocol extremely seriously.
